The noise from other guests was unbearable, especially with barking dogs and party disturbances!!! A musty smell in the room left much to be desired, and the bathroom lacked ventilation. A better price point would help!!!

Friendly Staff, but Too Pricey
The moment we entered our spacious room, we felt at home. The bedding was immaculate, and the staff greeted us with smiles and useful tips for exploring nearby attractions.
However, I was disappointed with the high cost for a budget hotel. The bathroom ventilation was lacking, leaving it foggy during showers. Also, the exterior could use an upgrade.

The hotel was clean and the room spacious, with nice, comfortable bedding. Staff was friendly and helpful, which made a difference. However, the bathroom was a bit small and foggy due to poor ventilation, and considering the price, breakfast could have had more options.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially visiting the scenic trails at Brenton Point State Park, which was just a short drive away from the hotel. The room we had was spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable space for family bonding after our adventures.
My wife says that the bathroom was quite cramped, making it challenging for the kids to get ready. Adding a few more family-friendly amenities would definitely enhance the experience.

Decent option for getting around Middletown with good price-value balance. The staff were friendly and helped me with directions. Avoid room 110 if you want some peace at night.

Decent stay for the price
I just needed a quick place to crash after a long drive, and this spot fit the bill. The room was clean and felt like it had been updated recently. The fridge was a nice surprise too! The bed was comfy but had some lumps. Not a bad choice for a night, but I bet I could find better for the same price.

missingWrote a review on Jun 14noisy family
Staying in room 110 proved to be a restless night due to constant noise from the family above. there was no reprieve, even after 9 pm. The complimentary breakfast selection left much to be desired—it’s mostly limited to waffles, coffee, and apples, lacking the more traditional options like milk and cereal that you might expect.
